Cancellations need to be made 72 hours prior to tour date for a 100% refund (less the non-refundable 6% credit card processing fee). There is no refund for cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled time of tour departure. If the tour is canceled due to weather, you will receive a full refund. On delayed openings you have the option to get a refund if you can’t make the delayed tour time.
Please arrive 30 minutes early from your confirmed tour time to check-in.
Lower Antelope Canyon is located on Navajo Nation and is considered a Navajo Park. Tribal law requires that everyone visiting Lower Antelope must be accompanied by a Tour Guide. In recent years people have taken advantage and vandalize these sacred places. Please respect Navajo Culture and Do Not vandalize or spread ashes in the Canyon. All groups who have not checked-in at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of the tour have forfeited their reservation and those seats will be filled with walk-ups. No refunds will be given in this situation.
We are sorry! Due to the wide range of people that go into the canyon we don’t allow any Service animals or Pets to go on tour. We also do not have any leashing area you can leave your pet. Please make arrangements before booking your tour.
We allow Service Animals in the building.
If the tour is canceled due to weather, you will receive a full refund.

We do not recommend the canyon if you have health problems. Then canyon is pretty strenuous, so please be aware of the high activity that is involved with touring into the canyon.
All times on our site and confirmations are in ARIZONA TIME (Summer time: Same time as Pacific Time; Winter time Same time as Mountain Time. – No Daylight Saving Time – Not Utah Time – Not Navajo Nation Time). Because the Utah State Line is less than 7 miles away, cell phone towers from Utah (and the surrounding Navajo Nation) often will be the wrong time!
Do yourself a favor and do like the locals do: Manually set your cell phone to PHOENIX, AZ time.
Can take anywhere from 10 – 20 minutes depending on the company you have chosen to tour with.
We are located on Navajo Reservation and have limited resources such as
- Cell Phone Coverage
- Running Water
All of these resources can be found in Page, AZ. Page is 10-15 minutes away.
Infants are FREE to tour. Please include your infant on your reservation.
If you come the day of the tour and you didn’t make a reservation theres a slight chance that we would have space.
If you you didn’t include your infant – child – adult on your reservation theres a slight chance that we would have space.
If we are busy and or its a Holiday your extra person would need to join the WALK IN/ STANDBY LINE to wait for any last minute cancellations or no shows which is not Guaranteedand is on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis.
The Navajo Nation Park Fee of $8.00 is Required when visiting Antelope Canyons.
The Park fee is valid for 1 day. If you have paid this fee you can request a refund upon arrival at Ken’s Tours. (Please bring your Receipt or Confirmation Letter)
